TCA will conduct an assessment of current documents and communications, policies and practices and data collection and evaluation processes across the business.

TCA will review all company demographic data and DEI goals and outcomes to date. We will also analyze employee survey data as it relates to building an inclusive culture.

TCA will design and facilitate employee listening sessions to understand the employee experience and gauge employee satisfaction.
