JUSTIN K. STEPHENS

Justin Stephens is the Co-Founder & Partner, Learning & Development of True Change Alliance, LLC specializing in research, instructional design, and training in human resources, talent management, and diversity & inclusion.

His experience includes leadership roles in case management, human resources, DEI, and project management. Justin leverages experience launching and leading Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at a Fortune 500 Company to develop and monitor ERGs at new organizations.

Justin Stephens earned his BS in Psychology and Child Development from the Florida State University. He began is career within the child welfare system before working for a non-profit focused on behavioral family consulting. From there, his career spanned to insurance and human resources. This diverse career path has afforded him opportunities to observe corporate operational effectiveness on various levels across numerous specialties.

Most Recently, Justin created and presented a mental health workshop, Life Is Hard…, at the 2020 Out & Equal Workplace Summit. Through the power of storytelling, Life Is Hard… seeks to end the stigma surrounding mental health in some of our most marginalized demographic groups.
