DR. MARSHAUN R. HYMON
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Dr. Marshaun R. Hymon is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of True Change Alliance, LLC. He is an expert in inclusion and belonging strategy, change management, skills-first talent management, and talent and leadership development. Before co-founding TCA, Dr. Hymon served as a talent management practitioner in both corporate America and the nonprofit sector. Most recently, he completed a consulting contract with Disney Advertising, where he developed a multicultural talent development program for their sales executives and solutions team. In addition to various consulting commitments, Dr. Hymon serves as an Assistant Professor, teaching college, career, and employment readiness courses. He is thrilled about the recent release of the book, "The Business of Choir," where he contributed as an author, writing Chapter 3, "Diversity in Your Organization's DNA."

Dr. Hymon earned a Bachelor of Music in Choral Music Education from Florida State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida. He received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of California, Los Angeles. His research interests include race in America and identity development. Dr. Hymon has presented his research at conferences on national, regional, and state levels. Most recently, he was a featured guest at the 2024 Association of Talent Development's International Conference and Expo.
