Ajori B. Spencer is the Co-Founder and Partner, Client Success of True Change Alliance, LLC. In this role, he works to develop leaders capable of dismantling barriers to organizational change.

A native of rural Georgia, Ajori Spencer’s journey in equity work began after witnessing several systemic inequitable practices. As an educator, he noticed those same inequities affecting his students’ lives. These observations prompted leadership roles in mentorship, project management, and organizational development.

Ajori is particularly skilled at inspiring and motivating individuals to reflect on and adapt leadership practices. His employee presentations and coaching sessions have helped teams and individuals realize their full professional potential.

Ajori earned a Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Music Education from Florida State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida.
