ONE MONTH RESIDENCY

Getting Started

Partner with TCA on a full-time basis for one month to support in the ideation and strategy development of any DEI project.

THREE MONTH RESIDENCY

Making Progress

Partner with TCA on a full-time basis for three months to develop and implement a DEI project

SIX MONTH RESIDENCY

Achieve Your Goals

Partner with TCA on a full-time basis for six months to receive support in developing, implementing, and evaluating the impact of a DEI project
